Energyballs – Date-Coconut – vegan, gluten free

These vegan Energyballs are a great sweet snack to pack for lunch. Even though they don’t contain any additional sugar they are very sweet. The nuts and dates give you an energy boost, too.



  • 70 g walnuts
  • 50 g cashewnuts
  • 6 dates (50 g)
  • 50 g cranberries

First blend the nuts, then add the fruits.
Form them into little balls and roll them in the coconut shaving.
