Sushi Kurs im Restaurant MIZO

Am 11. Dezember 2016 ging es zum Sushi Kurs ins MIZO, das erste und bisher einzige Sushi Restaurant an der Westküste Schleswig-Holsteins. Der kleine Laden wurde am 23.04.2016 im Schuhmacherort eröffnet und dieser Kurs war der erste der dort stattfand. Unter der Leitung des Sushimeisters Hidekazu Sato aus Tokio lernten wir mit 10 Leuten die Grundzüge der Sushi Zubereitung.
